  23.             CARL provides online public access catalogs for a number  of
  24.             academic,  institutional,  and  public libraries in Colorado
  25.             and surrounding states.

  27.             Additional databases include UnCover[tm],  CARL's  guide  to
  28.             the current contents of more than 10,000 journals, the union
  29.             list  of  the  Boston  Library  Consortium, and several data
  30.             bases of local and regional interest.

  34.             CARL is available on the Internet via telnet at pac.carl.org
  35.             (192.54.81.128).

  40.             use of Grolier's Encyclopedia, which may be used only by the
  41.             patrons of particular  member  libraries,  and  the  UnCover
  42.             database.  (Note: special arrangements to use UnCover may be
  43.             made by contacting CARL.)
